Prior to your massage, you and I will take a few minutes to chat and discuss your pain and relaxation needs. I do not provide separate modalities as an individual massage but rather I combine several into a customized session for you.

With the body’s needs varying I take time to work different areas. I adjust pressure, posture, and body alignment which ensures you feel the maximum result.

Cupping-15 minute session $20

Each cupping session is approximately 15 minutes. Within that time cups will be placed on the designated area to help promote blood circulation, increase pain threshold, cellular immunity and reduce inflammation. Once the cups are removed you will then receive light massage and stretching on the treated area.

Ideal for a first time massage session which introduces you to my particular style and technique. It also allows me to discover your pain and holding patterns to further tailor your future sessions. This massage allows for detailed work in a specific area (ie., neck and shoulders/legs and hips) or a relaxing full body massage.

Sometimes and extra fifteen minutes can make all the difference. This massage allows for a full body massage plus extra time for deeper stretching or more detailed work in your chosen area.

Detailed-90 minute-$125

This session provides the relaxation of a full body massage while also allowing extra time to work in depth into problematic or chronic pain areas. This massage allows for more detailed work with hot stones or provide ample time to stretch and work on range of motion.

Pre/Post Natal

Soft and relaxing with just enough pressure to ease those tight mama muscles. Hot towels and *stones (*not a hot stone massage) are included in this session.
